This policy covers the mobile applications published by Fluid Labs ("we", "us"), including GroupFund. We build small, focused apps and collect only what each app needs to work. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name and email address, used to sign you in and to identify you to the other members of groups you belong to. Authentication emails (confirmation and password-reset codes) are sent to this address.

Content you enter in the app — such as groups, members, funds, projects, ideas, and contribution records — is stored so it can be shared with the other members of your group according to the app's permission rules.

About GroupFund specifically

GroupFund is a record-keeping tool for group contributions. It never moves, holds, or processes money. Amounts shown in the app are records entered by group admins of payments that happened outside the app. We do not collect payment-card, bank-account, or any other financial-instrument details.

Within a group, individual contribution records are visible to group admins; regular members see group totals and their own records.

Where data is stored

Data is stored with Supabase (our database and authentication provider) on infrastructure hosted by Amazon Web Services. Data is encrypted in transit. Access is restricted by per-user authentication and row-level security rules.

What we don't do

• No selling or sharing of personal data with third parties for their own purposes
• No advertising and no cross-app tracking
• No collection of your location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers for marketing

Data retention & deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account and the personal data associated with it from within the app, or by emailing us at the address below — we will action deletion requests within 30 days. Records you created inside a group (for example, contribution entries recorded by an admin) may be retained by that group after you leave, as they form part of the group's records.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
